What Rampart does

Rampart is a scam protection service that helps you and your family identify and avoid phone scams, phishing attempts, and AI powered fraud. We provide real time protection, educational resources, and tools designed to keep you safe.

Your account

When you sign up for Rampart's waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Rampart for its intended purpose: protecting yourself and your family from scams. You may not use our services to harass others, send spam, reverse engineer our technology, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Subscription and pricing

Rampart offers both free resources (like our blog and family protection guide) and a paid subscription service. Subscription pricing will be clearly displayed before any purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Free trial

When available, we offer a free trial so you can experience Rampart before committing. We will not charge you during the trial period. We will send you a reminder before your trial ends so there are no surprises.

Intellectual property

All content on the Rampart website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Rampart or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share our blog articles and educational content for personal, non commercial use.

Disclaimer

While we work hard to protect you from scams, no security solution is perfect. Rampart reduces your risk significantly but cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats. We encourage you to remain vigilant and use Rampart as part of a broader approach to personal security.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rampart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Rampart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rampart operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
