When you sign up for our waitlist or download our free guide, we collect only your email address. We use this solely to send you product updates and the resources you requested.

When you use the Rampart app (once launched), we collect the minimum information necessary to protect you from scams, including call and message metadata. We never read your messages or listen to your calls.

How we use your information

Your email address is used to send you product updates, launch notifications, and any resources you requested (like our family protection guide). We do not send promotional emails from third parties.

Scam protection data is processed locally on your device whenever possible. When server processing is required, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted as soon as processing is complete.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We never use your data for targeted advertising. We never retain data longer than necessary.

Data storage and security

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We honor all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
