Terms of Service

Last updated July 14, 2026

Rampart is a scam and phishing protection service for iPhone, SMS filtering, email warnings and family status features.

These terms explain the basic rules for using Rampart and registering interest before launch.

Using Rampart

Rampart is designed to help identify suspicious messages and risky emails. It cannot guarantee that every scam will be blocked or that every real message will be classified correctly.

Not financial, legal or emergency advice

Rampart provides security warnings and educational guidance. It does not replace your bank, law enforcement, legal counsel, emergency services, email provider or mobile carrier.

Accounts and permissions

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Some features may require Apple Sign In, SMS filtering permissions, notification permissions, or optional Gmail or Outlook connection.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, free trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through the App Store or the payment provider shown at purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax and App Store settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rampart to break the law, reverse engineer the service, interfere with detection systems, abuse support, or attempt to access another person's account or private information.

Family features

Family Check-in is designed to show protection status, not private message content. You are responsible for inviting only people who should be part of your family safety setup.

Changes

Rampart may update these terms as the app, countries, features and subscriptions change. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Rampart through the support address listed in the app or launch communications.
